MÔ HÌNH KẾT NỐI CHỈ DẪN ĐỊA LÝ “HẠT ĐIỀU BÌNH PHƯỚC” – CƠ HỘI ĐỂ PHÁT TRIỂN KINH TẾ ĐỊA PHƯƠNG TẠI TỈNH BÌNH PHƯỚC

Over the last several decades, geographical indications have been an appealing issue that localities and domestic macro-managers are interested in developing for their communities. When they have not developed it yet, they’re determined to get it; on the other hand, when they have built it already, they must fgure out how to efciently manage, conserve, and develop it. Te locals are interested in several seminars relating to this subject in order to identify the proper approach. In 2018, the National Ofce of Intellectual Property - Ministry of Science and Technology issued Binh Phuoc province with a certifcate to hold a geographical indicator of cashew nut products, which is one of the items with strengths and unique characteristics. Within the famework of the article, authors propose 02 models and 06 groups of solutions to effectively manage the geographical indication “Binh Phuoc cashew nut”. Tis leads to increase in demand and opportunity for the development of locally agricultural products, economic development and especially the local tourism industry in Binh Phuoc Province in the coming time.
