Human quality is one of the core values, contributing to promoting sustainable development. Using document analysis and practical activities analysis approaches, the paper analyzes and explains the role of Vietnamese women in the transmission of compassionate values in the context of deep integration with the world and the requirement to build a Vietnamese human and Vietnamese family value system. The paper emphasizes that Vietnamese women are very actively involved in the humanitarian field, making significant contributions to humanitarian and charity work, both individually and as organizations, especially the Vietnam Red Cross, and the Vietnam Women’s Union. The paper also proposes solutions to promote the role and contribution of women in humanitarian work, transmit compassionate values, and beautify the dignity of Vietnamese women in the new era
